Cisco Switch 3560 not booting

I have installed a new IOS image but it's not loading in normal mode..!! there was the same issue on the previous iOS.

What could the problem? Anyone can help..?

   - Try to boot a similar image from USB , If the device don't have a usb you have to use TFTP server (using the tftpdnld ROMmon command recovery) in order to load a (new) image for the device.

I format flash and then loaded a new image through teraterm(tftp), but its not booting completely.

Keep hanging after the following message while booting iOS...

 - A hardware problem could be involved : power down the switch and power up again with the console ready. Look at the power up sequence and check for errors. If still not resolved then try a factory reset

 You did not show what ´s wrong. The logs show an image being uncompressed and installed.  What the prompt you get after that?

Keep hanging after the following message while booting iOS... I tried to restart the switch multiple times but it's freezing at the same point.

Use a different computer. 

The switch's console port is having an issue.
