Sorry the post didn't load, but my cisco switch keeps disabling ports during updates to the server. We get quarterly updates and ports go offline. Is there another way to stop this action from happening? We have a Cisco C-3850-nm-4-1G

what is the configuration applied on that port
show run interface x/x

So the Cisco is the switch for our Bosch CCTV and when we push updates to the server my CCTV ports keep shutting down each time.

Do you config any broadcast storm threshold?

I'm not an expert at Cisco, so I don't know what you mean. I'm looking to know if I will have to use a PuTTy each time updates occur or if there is a feature we can turn off.
