Hello,
A couple of days ago, suddenly my internet connection went down. I was not able to ping or access the router via telnet and ssh. The switch in my room showed a light of the port to the router, so the port on the router must be up.
I reset the modem (last 4 line of the log) and it all started to wordk again.
I accessed the router and found the following messages:
I hope anyone can help me out. I am understanding that the router is running out of memory. But what is the reason? Has the logging buffer became too large? What can i do about it?

How do you route to the Internet? I.e. do you have a static that routes to the interface or a static to the IP of the next hop? If the former, try changing it to the latter. The former, for Internet access, can fill all RAM with the ARP table.

I have a static route to the WAN interface (FastEthernet4). I get dynamic ip adrresses from my ISP so i can't set a static route to the next hop ip (or am i wrong now?)

See if your router will accept "ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 dhcp".
