I am getting the error on my switch when I connect my PoE phone, I would like to know how to have the port send power to the phone. When I check the other ports on the switch that has power is outline below.

This might seem an obvious question but have you checked there is actually free power for the additional device?
The switch will not have an infinite amount of power and will eventually run out so if the phone needs say 6w of power but the switch only have 4w left for PoE then it will not power the phone.
