Hello, please view picture to see my Network Layout
I am planning on replacing our current Router/Switch with the network gear in the screenshot above, as well as segmenting the various departments into their own VLANs/subnets.
One PC on VLAN 101 will need access to a PC on VLAN 102
Also, there is a Network Printer on VLAN 103 (not shown) that all PCs will need access to.
Right now I am in the planning/testing stage as outlined in the screenshot.
The switch is setup using Port Based VLAN
I can't figure out how to communicate across VLANs;
- PC 1 communicates with PC 2 with no issues
- PC 1 can not communicate with PC 3 (the port PC 1 is connected to has access to VLAN 101 and 102 as does PC 3)
- Laptop can not communicate with PC 1(192.168.101.100), but it can ping 192.168.101.1 (Laptop Port has access to all VLANs)
My question is how do I communicate/route across VLANs?
