connection problem

Hi guys,
I have 3 sites with the same ip range 10.1.1.0 etch site only have layer 2 switch.
Now I need to add backup server to be centralize between the sites. The problem that I can't change the ip addresses in any site because it's a production network.
Any one have idea for this problem.

what does mean of  "i can't change ip of any site".

why do you need this ?

which type of backup server do you want to centralize ?
