Haven't read it all, but from what I've read, the answer appears to be yes.

Not knowing all your requirements, cannot be certain, but likely the answer is also yes.

for 80-100 users, you can go with 9300 series if you prefers classic switches. check required features to decide matching license. this is just selection on average of industry for given user count. but if you have any specific requirements (high density servers, optical lines in different speeds, special stacking requirements, redundancy requirements and etc) better discuss with partner to get an most suitable model

actually no specific models since all our servers are now in cloud (Azure, AWS) so this switch will only be used for office network connectivity and no other special uses.

in that case, you can go with 9300 series.

thanks sir, i would ask the vendor for pricing.

Hi Sir, There is a change of plan. Instead using a IP based L3 switch the bosses decided to find a much cheaper switch so i am thinking of a L2 Lan Base 48port switch. Can you suggest what is the best model for L2 Lan base 48port that is capable of atleast 2-5 static routes?

For affordable, you might want to peruse Cisco's SMB switches: https://www.cisco.com/site/us/en/products/networking/switches/index.html#accordion-e454b3d231-item-a1b2672980

As you ask about a "core" switch, you have other switches now?

Hi sir my boss cant afford the price of a core switch it ranges from 11k to 12k USD. Is the C1000 capable of static route and would that enough cater our office network requirements? Our setup is just Internet -> SonicwallFirewall -> Cisco switch -> user desktops/domain controller

so my main concern is only the static rout so all traffic running inside the switch can be forwarded to the sonicwall firewall all the way out to the internet.
