When configuring DHCP on a device and issuing the dns-server command. How many servers am I allowed to list? I dont have a test lab to find out.

How many do you have in mind?
the CLI allowed me to enter 7, I'm sure I can enter more but I think 7 is more than sufficient
ip dhcp pool CISCO
dns-server 1.1.1.1 2.2.2.2 3.3.3.3 4.4.4.4 5.5.5.5 6.6.6.6 7.7.7.7
