Dows Cisco Routers 2921 supports WIC Cards?

I have trouble to install a Frame Relay service because the vendor sold me WIC cards but i think 2921 only supports HWIC cards

Is there any command or any form that i can use this card to implement frame relay?

It looks like it's unsupported and a 2921 ISR G2 would accept an HWIC-2T instead.
