Dropped wireless when network lost access to edge firewall

Earlier today a managed service provider incorrectly added a VLAN to a lag port on our core switch that trunks to our edge firewalls (Fortigates). Not only did we lose access to the internet, but we also dropped wireless connectivity. I've been trying to figure out how the two are connected since our wireless controllers (cisco 5520's HA) are on the inside network. The firewalls are only controlling access to the outside world. When I log a case with cisco, they indicated they need to see the problem to troubleshoot, but at the time, wireless wasn't the only thing we needed to get working. Does anyone have any idea how to troubleshoot, review logs, or a config on the controller that may point to a root cause?

How to Ask The Cisco Community for Help

The diagram attached is very high level, but also attached the config of the port-channel switchports. Let me know if this is helpful or if additional info is needed. Thanks for the assistance!
