Can I use EIGRP in other than Cisco Routers? Is it a Proprietary protocol or not?

Originally it is Cisco proprietary, although I think Cisco have opened this up for other vendors to implement in the past couple of years.

OSPF, ISIS, BGP - open standards are mostly implemented on numerous devices, different vendors.

As Bilal said it has gone non proprietary and they have opened it up but i have yet to see it on any other vendor equipment yet
