Can you post the output of "dir"
Also, if you download a new IOS and set the bootloader to boot from the new IOS, after the reboot the new IOS should load.

Hi Reza,
I am saying their is no space in bootflash: to download the new image in bootflash. To make a free space available in bootflash I need to delete old image and having issue while deleting old image.
Please get the dir output
HOSTNAME#dir
Directory of bootflash:/
No files in directory

Hi,
All your files within the bootflash seem to be marked as "deleted" which is rather strange. There is a command "squeeze bootflash:" to permanently erase deleted files from the Class A flash file system, but before you consider to use this one you should understand that your bootflash remains empty after.
I have noticed that you are trying to tftp the same image as the #3 image in the bootflash. So you may try to undelete that one via the "undelete 3 bootflash:" command and if succeeded set the bootvar accordingly.
Good Luck!
Best regards,
Antonin
