I get a error

What does it mean?

Is the error after the upgrade? check the below explanation for that error - may help you :

 

%IOSXE_SYS_INFRA-4-BIPC_RX_IN_APPL_THRESHOLD : Number of IPC messages held in the application reached the maximum channel threshold. IPC channel '[chars]': ipc_ctl_id [dec] (ipc_fd [dec], seq_num [dec]), curr IPC msg hel in appl [dec]
Explanation Application is holding large number of received IPC messages

Yes, after upgrade from 17.3.4. I've checked it, there's nothing

It happens on my eight staks and there isn't on the standalone switches. All of them were upgraded to 17.6.5

                   Then it is advisable to escalate the problem = contact TAC

if this issue occurring after the upgrade, then i got to TAC for assistance or if this is effecting the environment, i downgrade to fix the issue.,

Then that could be the bug 

we are running 17.6.3  - the same models I do not see any issue.
