There seems no problems with area 200, as the last time SPF was run 1 week ago. However, the concern is area 0. Pls chk for any fluctuations of link frequently, CRC errors on link. Once the problem interface is identified, shut it & chk the performance.
If possible, clear ospf process once to reset the counters & get stats of sh ip ospf after every hour, to understand the trend.
To many acl's & route-maps are also a reason for high cpu at times.
