I have to extend my vlan via L3 I found good info about how to do it, https://community.cisco.com/t5/switching/vlan-extend-on-l3-link/m-p/2738682#M331832 , but i have some questions, I have my switch where I will do the configs to exented the vlan, here is no issue, the issue is on the remote switch (ISP) what will they have to change so this config will work?
thanks.

but I check the link many times
L3SW-L2-L3SW
two L3SW connect via L2 (in link you share it is trunk )
and to connect both L3SW he config SVI in each L3SW.
I think your case is different

I have to extend my vlan via L3
need more context of information here to advise better.
you do not have any control over ISP network, they offer you IP Services only that means Layer 3 connectivity right ? or they offer you Layer 2 ?
