hi there, can someone please explain how to telnet into a FR Switch in Dynamips? telnet into routers is working ok but when you type telnet FRSW nothing happens. how do you configure the FRSW if you cant get into it?

The Frame Relay switch is configured DLCI-DLCI in your config file, but you dont actually have telnet access to it.
If you look at the state of the Frame switch you will see it is n/a instead of stopped or started.

Hi Solpandor
Just to add my 2 cents worth if I may.
The generic frame switch in dynamips provides a full mesh frame relay topology and as has already been pointed out you can not access this frame switch.
However you could configure a normal router in dynamips as a frame switch the same way you would in a home lab and configure point to point or point to multipoint links and in this instance you would have access to the frame switch.
Here are two links I came across when I was running frame relay on dynamips myself
