Hello,
the answer is no. You need a StackWise cable and connect the 9200 switches using the StackWise adapters. RJ-45 is not possible.

Hi @Georg Pauwen,
Horizontal Stacking (for 3560CX-12PD/3560CX-12TD) or Single IP Management (Catalyst 1000) are just "rename" of the old technology called Switch Clustering (supported on 2900XL/3500XL, 2940/2950/2955/3550).
Unfortunately Switch Clustering has been disabled due to security vulnerability: Cisco IOS and IOS XE Software Cluster Management Protocol Remote Code Execution Vulnerability

Hello,
you can use RJ-45 cables for Etherchannels between the switches, but not for stacking. As stated as an answer to your original post, you need StackWise cables and adapters for that.

As others have noted, for a 9200, no.
If it was a 9300 or 9400, stackwise virtual would be an option, I believe.

Horizontal Stacking is only supported on the Catalyst 1000 and 3560CX-12PD/3560CX-12TD.
