Help changing SG500 Voice Vlan

I'll preface this by saying that I am in the process of replacing all of the Small Business switches that I inherited with devices that use IOS.

I am currently migrating to a new ISP. This requires all new subnets and a new vlan scheme. I am in the process of migrating our VoIP system from the old VoIP vlan 100 to the new VoIP vlan 200. This has been fairly simple on all my other switches but my SG series switches have been a pain. I have tried by both CLI and GUI to change the voice vlan from 100 to 200. Via CLI, I get no errors but the voice vlan does not change and via the GUI, I receive an error that says the local vlan 100 is the better voice vlan and nothing changes to vlan 200.

At this point, I'm hoping to find some assistance here. I'm find doing this via CLI or GUI, just as long as I can finish my migration. Here is the current configuration of one of the SG500's I am having problems with. I will clarify that all these configurations predate me taking over the network and there was a substantial gap between the previous net admin and myself.
