How much we could create GRE tunnel in router 2911

hello all 

i got this log  below in my cisco 2911, i use router as VPN GRE over IPSEC concentrator with more than 500 tunnel  so  is it messages below indicates if cisco 2911 maximum tunnel limit only 225?

Aug  2 15:19:44.522: %CERM-4-TUNNEL_LIMIT: Maximum tunnel limit of 225 reached for Crypto functionality with securityk9 technology package license.

%CERM-4-TUNNEL_LIMIT : Maximum tunnel limit of [dec] reached for Crypto functionality with securityk9 technology package.

Explanation    The message indicates that the maximum limit on the number of tunnels for the crypto functionality has been reached. The indicated number of tunnels is the maximum that is allowed with your securityk9 license.

Recommended Action    Upgrade to the HSEC-k9 technology package to remove this limitation.
