Hi,
3850s come with a USB port (usbflash0). So, you can transfer files from USB to flash or from flash to USB and load it to your PC.

Hi,
There are several newer versions. The latest (none Denali) version recommended by Cisco is cat3k_caa-universalk9.SPA.03.06.08.E.152-2.E8.bin

Hi,
You don't have .bin file on your switch flash so you have to download from Cisco website. As mention @Reza Sharifi recommended version is :cat3k_caa-universalk9.SPA.03.06.08.E.152-2.E8.bin
