How to list all multicast ip addresses in use

Can someone please tell me how I can list all the multicast ip addresses in use on a switch e.g 6500, 3750 etc. Is it possible to all list those that have been used i.e only lasted for a few minutes?

Also can you please tell me how to find out the rendezvous (RP) address each multicast group is using?
