Yes, they are in vPC.

the lab and success ping from host in vlan 20 and some notes
1- this design need to run vPC VLAN not non-vPC VLAN,
2- when we run vPC VLAN the STP BLK one port and in my design I BLK the port in R5(it pure L2SW)
3-the Peer-Gateway in config in vpc domain
4- the STP root primary and secondary is config to make sure that NSK is Root for VLAN 20
5- the link between R3/R4 and NSK1/NSK2 need to be L2 trunk to allow VLAN20 and make HSRP work if you make it L3 then the HSRP is not work and it has no meaning

I see you have nexus on top, and then aggregation down, is the vDC of nexus ?

check HSRP configuration guide :

@balaji.bandi no its ISR4300 routers.

Now the question HSRP where you looking to enable for Routers ? or Nexus ?

you can do double side HSRP if the Traffic going to nexus side, and traffic traversing towards Router side. ?

depends on what challenge you looking to solve.

Actually, I have nexus where all my server farm is connected. for branch I have two ISP terminate on R1 and R2 respectively. What I want is when traffic of the branch destined towards server it will used VIP IP on the nexus side. and same when traffic initied from server towards branch it will used VIP from one of the router. Actually, now I am facing Asymmetric routing problem and the topology is look like below.

Sorry the branch and aggregation is also L3 and running Eigrp on it. from branch till nexus.,

ok in this case you can run HSRP between Nexus - Since Layer3 between Router and nexus, run any IGP is best what i can see here.

Lan side you can run HSRP since Layer 2 connection can be used build  HSRP

Hope that makes for you controller manner where required HSRP - where HSRP can not be done use IGP to control routing decision.

Running between router also IGP will help to with draw routes and understand the path availability.

You can also track the interface and change the path and Active in HSRP.

Note ( EIGRP ok if you using all cisco device, for better standard people use OSPF here)
