Http ACCESS CATALYST 4006

Anyone know how to setup a catalyst switch for http access? I have neabled http and truned on authentication local fot http created use admin with pasword but I get a default screen one I attemp to login pointing me to support..

You have to have the correct code to use http . The code name will have "cv" somewhere in the image name otherwise you have to download new code.

Cool thank you I have looked for this file and I can;t find it anywhere not even on CISCO site for downloads..

what supervisor model do you have , when you said 4006 i made the assumption it was a Sup II .

If you have a Sup II it would look like this

cat4000-cv.8-4-1-GLX.bin .

DO you know where I can find it.. I have had no luck..

You need a CCO account to download . If you can get to the catos download area it looks like version 8.4.1 was the last one they made the "CV" image for . Its under the 8.X releases .
