The cameras connected to the ports were working fine, but suddenly they stopped working. I tried upgrading the firmware, but it didn’t help. Please assist.

All the devices connected to that not working, or only few ? ( may be hardware faulty ?)

what is the software code running, what was before what version you upgraded to ?

check the below command and post the output here :

show version

show logging

show power inline

If you like to run the debug check what is wrong below guide can guide you :

How accessible is this switch?

Get a known-working VoIP phone and directly connect it to the switch.  If the phone does not draw power, the options I can think of are:

1.  Update the firmware to, say, 17.12.4; or

2.  RMA the switch.

Dear Leo,

The switch removed from site and directly connected to it through cli from my laptop.

VoIP phone directly connected it to the switch.   not draw power.

before version version 16.12 already upgraded the firmware  now version 17.9

Post the complete output to the following commands:

sh log on rp active uptime
sh log on rp active hw-errors
sh log on rp active serdes
sh log on rp active voltage

Dear Leo,

For these

sh log on rp active hw-errors
sh log on rp active serdes
sh log on rp active voltage

three commands there is no output

RMA the switch.

@lathesh share the #sh logging
