Interface went error disabled mode - Cisco

Hello Team,

I have replaced the cable, SFP but still the port going to be err-disabled mode. 

Please let me know the reason for the error-disabled.  The port connected to the Palo Alto Firewall on another side.

 

Model: C9300X-24Y

thank you all, again I have replaced all the SFP both end and cables.

Now it's working as expected.

Hi,

Check the PA side to make sure the port duplex and speed are the same as the Cisco side.

It would seem that something is not happy in the physical world.  Is it possible to move this connection to a different port or different ports on each side of the connection?

Post the complete output to the following commands: 

sh interface FiftyGigE2/1/0/36 controll
sh platform pm interface-flap FiftyGigE2/1/0/36 | begin Sw LinkNeg State
