Hi @davariganesh1994 ,
I leave you a couple of links. The first is a guide to problems with dhcp and the second of a discussion about a bug reported:

Hi,
May I ask a few questions:
if I shut and no shut switch port, it takes IP for 5-10 sec only, after it shows APIPA address,
1. What is port configuration and any logs generated related to STP or POE?
2. What are the firmware version and POE budge?
3. Have you tried with POE injector? is reported issue repeated with POE injector?
Regards,
Deepak Kumar

I'm sorry for bringing up this post from the dead, but i had a same problem with Sanyo cameras last week and with c2960S-48FPD-L PoE. I solved it with a "new" IOS.
