Hi
I mistakenly deleted the IOS from Cisco 3560 switch. Actually I wanted to upgrade and I uploaded new image and deleted previous one.
But new image did not match with switch firmware and switch ended up looping boot process.
I deleted new image as well and tried to upload the copy of correct image via hyper terminal xmodem but file transfer failed every time.
I could not find load_helper command in the 3560 switch and returend the unknon cmd error.
NOW THERE IS NO IMAGE IN THE SWITCH AND SWITCH HAS BEEN BROKEN DOWN.
Can anyone please help me to fix the issue and upload image to switch
Thanks
Mahmood

Are you following the guide above and using hyperterminal to transfer the image using XModem?
Ensure the switch is in ROMMON mode
Change the BAUD rate to 115200 so the transfer only takes 20-30 minutes.
Then follow the instructions in the link above.

Xmodem is the only way to get the image onto the switch. Why is it failing? Did you follow the instructions carefully in the link:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/switches/ps628/products_tech_note09186a0080169696.shtml
What point does it fail at?

Xmodem is the way to go, did the prompt say why the transfer failed?
Are you using trying to use the same IOS that was on the switch before?
This guide should help:
