Hi
We are recieving random IP conflicts for clients ever since we implemented wireless authentication policies via ISE. The design is as follows-
- Windows server 2012 DHCP setup in load balancing. Strange thing when load balancing is turned off, it happens, but not as much.
- 4500 as the core and 3850s as distribution
- 5700 WLC
- ISE 1.3, policies setup for machine and user auth.
I have read a few posts about how you need to change the delay of the ip tracking probe to 10 sec, but changing all cisco equipment didnt help
https://supportforums.cisco.com/discussion/12234531/ip-device-tracking-probe-delay
Also, when i was running the sh ip device tracking all on one of the main switches, the switch has a spaz and dropped a lot of connections as the CPU went right up.
I am looking at the disucssion https://supportforums.cisco.com/discussion/11960461/ip-device-tracking, i have run the nmsp attach suppress on all ports of one switch, but should i be doing this on all of them? Is there a fix in a newer IOS version? Im running 03.03.05SE.
thanks
David
