Hi,
is there any scenario where IP SLA would show zero number of failures, but track for that IP SLA would go down and up several times?

track status depend on IP SLA
so if IP SLA is healthy UP the track is also UP

Hello
If the ipsla isn't tied to the track correctly then you could incur such an scenario.
Possibly share the cfg ?

there could be a scenario where IP SLA shows zero failures, but the track for that IP SLA goes down and up several times. This situation might occur when the IP SLA operation itself is successful in reaching its target and does not report any failures, but the underlying network conditions or the device being monitored experience intermittent connectivity issues or fluctuations.
In such cases, the IP SLA operation may continue to report successful results while the tracked object (such as a route, interface, or next-hop IP address) goes up and down due to network instability or other issues. This discrepancy can be confusing, but it highlights the importance of understanding the context in which IP SLA is being used and considering additional monitoring tools to get a more comprehensive view of network performance
