I want to set up a office by using 10 giga interfaces and for which I want to use access switch 3750 stack switch and core switch 4507-r. Is it possible to use 10 giga interfaces in 3750 series and 4507-r.

The 3750/3750G doesn't support 10Gb. The 3750E/3750X supports 10Gb.
Regarding the 4500, what is the supervisor engine?
