I'm attempting to ping from Host 1 to Host 2. Keep receiving a "Request timed out" error. Same deal when pinging 55.0.0.4 from Router R1. Any help would be appreciated. Been staring at this for an hour and cannot figure it out. Thank you!

@justindabear change your Host 1 Default gateway to - 77.77.37.129 and Host 2 default gateway to 40.40.0.1

You have entered network ID but not IP of your neighboring routers as default gateway; i.e. 77.77.37.128/25 is network ID of router with IP of 77.77.37.129. (range 77.77.37.129 - .37.254/25, B-cast ip is 77.77.37.255/25
default gateway is needed for any device to reach remote networks (on different networks); default gateway is IP and it should be your neighboring L3 device like router of L3 switch.
once u change this on both PCs, you will be able to ping OK.
