I wanna ask
1. what is similar function of it in Cisco
2. if Aruba side is L4 and Cisco side is L3 trunk
will L4 talk to L3
3. which switch model and os version support that

Depending on what cisco platform you are using can vary on the etherchannel LB methods available but src/dest port is applicable to most. - here

#1 Load balancing using UDP/TCP ports.

#2 Yes, far side LB choice doesn't matter to receiver's LB choice (and in some cases, you want the two sides to use different LB choices)

#3 I know the Catalyst 6500 supported it as a LB choice, and at the time of the 6500s, most other Cisco switches did not.  I'm not current on whether newer switches now offer this as an option.
