What is last IOS for cisco switch WS-C3560E-12D-S ? I not see that on net.

In cisco sw download web also not be 3560-E (old switch).

Cisco has removed all the links to the files because the switch has already past end-of-support date. 

However, try downloading 15.0(2)SE12 (IP Base).

 The only 3560 I can see with IOS available is Catalyst 3560V2-48PS Switch

You can use the 15.0(2)SE12 images on the EoL 3560e switches (c3560e-universalk9-tar.150-2.SE12.tar).  These are still available in the 3560X downloads.  You can't load anything newer though, so don't try any of the 15.2x images.  I'm not sure what it says in the release notes, but have a read of the 15.0(2)SE12 notes and see what it says about supported hardware.  Its possible Cisco have re-written the releases notes though to exclude the 3560e series.
