Local account on Nexus 3048 doesn't work

Am trying to create a new local account on a Nexus 3048 so I can SSH to it if my Radius server doesn't work.  Normally, I log in with my AD account which the switch uses Radius for authentication with that.  However, when I run the command to create the account, I am unable to SSH to the switch.  The command returns no error after executing it on the device.

username admin password ********* role network-admin

Still unable to SSH with this new account

that only works if the radius fails, if the radius still live that account not going to work.

it again depends on order of config you did for AAA config.

to test, change on radius - key so you can test using local account. (make sure dont lockout your self).
