C9400-LC-48UX is a line card for the Catalyst 9400 chassis.

Yes these are Base-T ports, but I am looking for SFP ports

I do not believe mGIG SFP speed are available.

Is there industrial switches with Base-T M-Gig ports?

Industrial switches with mGIG?

As far as I know, there is no demand.  A lot of the IoT devices barely passes 100 Mbps traffic.

If you see any use case for mGIG demand on industrial switches, hit up your local Cisco SE/AM/PSS.
