Monitoring Catalyst 3560 health using MIB/SNMP

Hi all

I'm a C# programmer and as part of my software I need to monitor some Cisco Catalyst 3560V2 24 switches using SNMP (By reading MIB/S data).
Apparently this switch supports more than 50 different MIBs.
My question is which MIB/MIBS contains general health data (parameters) that may help me to determine if the switch is OK, Degraded or Malfunctioned.

Hi,

  It depends on what you're going to monitor that switch. Let's check MIBs supported by Cisco 3560.

  Go to Cisco LAN Switches => Catalyst 3560

  You might want to monitor Temperature , CPU and Memory, You can go for CISCO-ENVMON-MIB , CISCO-PROCESS-MIB.
