I have a Nexus 3048 in our network, which is used to passing many types of UDP traffic to the remote site by a LL circuit. How can I get the log or summarize about the UDP traffic information, such as which ports of the UDP traffic, and how many UDP packets are sent/received in some port. Any commands I can use to check?

Hello,
the official Cisco way to monitor traffic on the Nexus 3048 would be the Data Broker:
https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/cloud-systems-management/nexus-data-broker/index.html
You can also use SPAN, or configure sFlow, which would require some sort of third party tool, such a PRTG:
