I've got several Meraki switches and randomly on almost all ports are changing from Designated to Disabled and back. Things connected to those ports vary. Phones, PC's, Printers, Switches, AP's, etc. It doesn't seem like it's causing network issues, ...

I have a 9200L as a core switch, with 5 other switches attached by 10GigEthernet cables.  I cannot seem to get to the internet for all but the primary VLan on any of the other 9200L switches.  Please help. 

In short, when I configure more than 6 vlans on my Cisco C1000 switch, communication to the switch on the management VLAN becomes realy slow. Configuration via SSH is realy slow and ping to the switch has a delay of around 700ms. For the network here...
