Hi CiscoTeam,

I was trying to factory reset 9200 switches and they are in Rommon mode now, I did try to reboot them but they are looking for their stack switch and packages.conf file is not able to reboot the switch. Can you please help me recover the switches to normal mode?

How can I completely clean and reboot the switch as new ?

Here is the dir: output

switch: dir flash:

Thank you Leo and Balaji,

I checked set output and removed stack config using command "unset STACK_1_1" because this switch was part of stack when I performed factory reset.

After that I was able to boot using "boot flash:packages.conf"
