Need help with broadcast storm troubleshooting

Hi there

Without APIC, without storm control configuration, without any network traffic analysis tool, without any physical interference, without any configuration to be made beforehand or afterwards, is it possible for me to troubleshoot the broadcast storm with CLI only and solve it?

Device would be several Catalyst 9300 series and there is no switch stack.

its all depends the requirement what your environment : there is some methods mentioned as below  to configure, again you need to monitor and tweak as and then required based on the monitoring.
