We have vmware environment but the network is getting dropped randomly on VM's. We have isolated the ESXi host without the office network and connected it to one PC to test and it's working and also working when we try to disable and enable the network... network came up but after a few mins or hours it gets disconnected. I don't think this is an issue with VMware..

You need to provide more information before anyone here could offer you any meaningful suggestions. What does the network topology look like? What kind of switches, and how many? What kind storage is the ESXi host using? How is the Vswitch configured (how many uplinks), and what is the switch connection?

What does network topology look like?
Firewall->>MDF->>> connected to IDF and IDF connected to ESXi Host where we have all the VM's running
What kind of switches, and how many? Cisco Meraki Switch
IDFs are connected to ESXi Host 6.7 - yes
What kind storage is the ESXi host using? They are big desktop machines which we use for virtualization
How is the Vswitch configured (how many uplinks), and what is the switch connection?

Check the switches for interface-level Total Output Drops.
Most of the time, when servers are connected to Catalyst switches without QoS configured, Total Output Drops happen. And Meraki switch are not designed for DC work. The workhorse for DC switching is the Nexus line of switches.

Need more information here - so you removed the network that going to your LAN and you connected to PC to same Meraki Switch and it works ?
when we try to disable and enable the network... network came up but after a few mins or hours it gets disconnected
disconnected from LAN ? what is the source IP address you trying to Access and what is the Esxi Side IP address ?
You need to provide rough diagram how these Physical Connections connected (we go high level information)
as @Leo Laohoo - how is your interface connected to esxi ? do you see high traffic and any packet dops - adding to that what kind of speed that interface ?
what model of Meraki switch ?
what Model of firewall ?
Do you have any other switches in the LAN which you are connected to Meraki ?
what VLAN structure you have in the LAN and Meraki switch ?
