NETWORK FAULT

In my network LAN and is different from eachother.

I am using different core and different switch for LAN and Internet.

But when i am using any pc in my internet switch at that time i am getting LAN as well Internet also.

How i will find out where is the problem and how to solve it.

Already i checked "show cdp nei d"

So help me how to find out the problem

can you add a network picture and tell us what IP address you can and cannot connect to./

My LAN network is 172.16.0.0/16 and

Internet is 192.168.10.0/24

When i used 1 pc in internet switch and try to ping LAN network at that time m able to ping and after some time i used internet that also m getting

I am changing ip on my computer only i never change port also only change my ip address of computer.

From same port m getting LAN and INTERNET
