Nexus 31108TCV First Boot Error

Hi. I have Nexus 31108TCV. This switch sometimes opens late at first boot or does not open at all. It gets stuck in the boot process.

What can I do about this situation?

Intel(R) Core(TM) i3- CPU @ 2.50GHz with 16400296 kB of memory.

What does the console output when it gets stuck?

Please provide outputs from the console during the boot and the moment when the switch stuck.

Also, please upgrade to recommended release
