Hi, After 250 days of work, cisco decided to upgrade the system, everyone prepared the new kickstart and the image of the system. I made backup configurations and sent the system to reboot. After the reboot, the system does not start (cyclically reboots based on the sounds. The display on the control module disappears, as if it does not load. The reboot occurs after the display on the board as in the photo.On the console it displays one character as a filled rectangle. Please tell me what I need to do for recovery of cisco?

WHich NX-OS version has updated? Any changes on the console settings as Speed/ Flow/ Bit on/off on the system or Switch configuration as well?
