I have the following topology, and I would like to know if its a best practices, configure jumbo frames between remote sites.

Hi;

To enable the Jumbo frame it's total on your application requirement. If any of your application required jumbo frame then you need to enable.

If it's dark fiber (dedicated fiber no service provider network involved) then you can easily enable the Jumbo frame between both side. If any service provider network is involved before enabling jumbo framing you need to discuss whether you SP network support Jumbo frame or not. If Yes then they also need to enable jumbo frame.
