Does anybody know if Nexus 7000 IOS is able to connect Nexus 2000 without Nexus 5000 interface ?

I haven't done this personally but according to cisco you can connect fabric extenders to the 7000 chassis just fine.

This is possible on the N7k on 5.1(1) or later code. Checkout the following documentation:

You must connect the Fabric Extender to its parent Cisco Nexus 7000 Series device equipped with a 32-port 10-Gigabit M1 module (N7K-M132XP-12), a 32-port 10-Gigabit M1-XL module (N7K-M132XP-12L), or an F2 module.
