i have sg-350 switch i can not connect to my LAN .in switch configure it shows

interface GigabitEthernet34
no switchport

i tried int g34

switchport mode access

switchport access vlan 1

no shut

but it still show in no switchport

all switch port are in vlan 1 there is no configuration of vlan in my switch all configuration isin by default config.no changes are made in switch.

finally it works!!! port now in switchport access mode.I tried so many commands and finally this works!!!

int g34

switchport

It works immediately!!

First of all make sure the port is set for being a non routed port then try again

int x/x

switchport

Can you try to do the same thing through the GUI and check the output in CLI?
