NTP issue on Nexus 5K

i am having issue with NTP on 5k and not able to sync the time with the server.

Can ou post the output of a show run ntp, show ntp peer-status and show ntp statistics for each peer?

Also what NX-OS version are you running?

Try adding "ntp distribute" command and test again.

Not sure that will help as that's to enable NTP distribution via CFS. The problem is that the N5K is not syncing with the NTP server.

I presume you have connectivity from the Nexus to the NTP server

I know ntp distribute is for CFS, but I had the same issue.  The NTP was not syncing.  I then enabled ntp distribute and commit and NTP worked.
