End device is the Polycom Handset

suggest to configured LLDP see if that can resolve the issue.

Hi, lldp is enabled on switch already

Global LLDP Information:
Status: ACTIVE
LLDP advertisements are sent every 30 seconds
LLDP hold time advertised is 120 seconds
LLDP interface reinitialisation delay is 2 seconds

i would suggest to read some troubleshoting steps :

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/switches/catalyst-9200-series-switches/215636-troubleshooting-power-over-ethernet-poe.html

what is the model polycom device ?

All other ports seems ok but only this one

The issue is last time when we removed phone from port and try to connect on another, it didn't work

And there are two more ports where when we unplugged the phone and plug back in, they didn't come up but in logs at least no errors like port 9 (they are port11 and 14)

show interface status <<- check if the port is errdisable
