Hello, anyone know if a CAT 2960 supports power over ethernet ? or do I have to go to 3560 ?

Hi Ebert,
NO, Cisco 2960 doesn't support POE,
if you are looking are for a POE then
* WS-CE500-24LC
* 20 10/100 ports, 4 10/100 PoE ports, and 2 10/100/1000Base-T or SFP uplinks
or
Cisco Catalyst 3560-8PC
8 Ethernet 10/100 ports with PoE and 1 dual purpose 10/100/1000 and small form-factor pluggable (SFP) port; compact form-factor with no fan.

As stated above the 2960 does not support POE. You can go with a 3560/3750 switch
C3560-24/48-PS-S/E
C3750-24/48-PS-S/E
You should also check the wattage the phones going to draw.
The 3750 48 port switch supports a power of 370W which means if the phones draw 15W per port, then you can power only 24 ports out of the 48.
